Q: What happens if I get sick or it rains?

A: No worries, kid. I've got your back! We can always reschedule your family session if the weather's not cooperating or if you catch a cold.

Q: How long does it take to get my photos back?

A: You will be able to come back for your viewing sessions 2-3 weeks after your family session. Once you have viewed your pictures and you place your order, you'll have everything on your doorstep within 4 to 6 weeks!

Q: What kinds of products do you offer?

A: I offer all sorts of products to help protect your memories. Family session favorites are gift prints, albums and larger wall art.

Q: How many outfit changes and props can I have?

A: I place no restrictions on outfit changes or your number of props. Just keep in mind that the time you spend changing or setting up is part of your session time.

Q: What if I want makeup or my hair done?

A: I actually suggest having both professionally done and I have a list of trusted hair stylist and makeup artist I would be happy to share with you.

Q: What is a studio credit?

A: The studio credit is a gift I give back to my clients to help them towards their purchase of their albums, wall art and etc. It can not be used towards future sessions nor is it refundable for cash.

Q: Are there refunds on my albums or wall art?

A: All sales are final. Items cannot be returned or exchanged. You may add on to your order at any time, but a sale is considered final at the time it is made.

Q: can i have the raw images?

A: We do not give RAW or unedited images out from our sessions. We want to make sure you have the best FINISHED products from our time together. RAW Images are only available to Commercial clients or clients that pay for licensing.
